The terms governing use of our website and services.
These Terms of Service govern the use of the Cybergate Technology Malaysia website and the services provided by Cybergate MSP Technology (SSM 202303031772 / RA0096955-W).
Cybergate provides IT support, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, endpoint management, website development, SEO, hardware supply, Synology NAS and backup services. The specific scope, deliverables, pricing and timeline of any engagement are set out in a written proposal agreed before work begins.
All quotations are provided in writing and are valid for the period stated. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Onsite rates, retainers and project fees are confirmed in your proposal; the website cost estimator provides a guide only and is not a binding quote.
Invoices are issued under our SSM-registered company and are payable by the due date stated. Late payment may result in suspension of services.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary access and approvals, and for maintaining their own account credentials. Cybergate is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate information or unauthorised changes made by the client or third parties.
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, Cybergate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Hardware supplied carries the manufacturer or stated warranty.
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the PDPA 2010.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
