For managed support clients in KL and Selangor, our average onsite response time is 4 hours. For critical emergencies such as server down or complete network failure, call +6013-256 2218 immediately for priority dispatch. Ad-hoc (non-retainer) visits are typically scheduled within 24 to 48 hours.
We cover Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Klang, Puchong, Cheras, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Seremban, Nilai, Melaka and Alor Gajah. For remote IT support, we serve all of Malaysia. Contact us if your area is not listed as we also travel to nearby states for larger projects.
Per-visit onsite IT support starts from RM150 per visit. Monthly managed support retainers start from RM500 per month and include unlimited onsite visits, priority response and proactive monitoring. All pricing is in writing before any work begins with no hidden travel or after-hours charges for standard hours.
