The hardware supply process starts with a requirements discussion. We ask about your team size, the type of work your staff perform, your current hardware and what problems you are trying to solve. This shapes our recommendation – we do not present a generic pricelist and ask you to choose.
Quotation and Specification
We provide a written quotation with full hardware specifications, including processor, RAM, storage and warranty terms. For larger orders we provide a comparison of two or three options at different price points so you can make an informed decision. All quotations include supply, installation and configuration – there are no hidden delivery or setup fees added later.
Lead times are clearly stated in the quotation. In-stock items in KL and Selangor are typically delivered and installed within three to five business days. Specialised enterprise hardware such as rack servers, enterprise-grade networking equipment and custom storage configurations may require one to two weeks.
