Cybergate was born out of a simple frustration - Malaysian businesses were spending too much on IT, getting too little in return, and were left exposed to growing cybersecurity threats. We decided to change that.
We started in 2020 providing IT support to small businesses across Selangor. As demand grew, we broadened into cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, cloud, web development and SEO, and were incorporated as Cybergate MSP Technology with a clear focus: bring enterprise-level IT and digital growth to businesses of all sizes, at a cost they can actually afford.
Today we operate from Shah Alam (HQ) and our Melaka office, serving businesses across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka and Singapore with a full-stack team covering IT support, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, hardware supply, web development and SEO.
