Cybergate MSP Technology was born out of a simple frustration – Malaysian businesses were spending too much on IT, getting too little in return, and being left exposed to growing cybersecurity threats. We decided to change that.
We started in 2014, providing IT support to small businesses across Selangor. Over six years, we saw the same problems repeatedly – inflated IT costs, reactive support, and businesses that had no real security strategy.
In 2020, we rebranded as Cybergate MSP Technology with a sharper focus: bring enterprise-level IT and cybersecurity to businesses of all sizes, at a cost they can actually afford. The name change reflected our commitment to making cybersecurity accessible – not just for large corporations, but for every Malaysian business.
Today we operate from Melaka and Shah Alam, serving businesses across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan and Melaka with a full-stack team covering IT support, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, hardware supply, web development and SEO.

Founded Cybergate in 2014 after 6 years in enterprise IT. Kartik leads all infrastructure projects, server deployments, Microsoft 365 migrations and cybersecurity implementations. Masters in Information Technology from UNITAR International University.
Amirul Haziq
SEO Specialist
Leads all SEO strategy, Google ranking campaigns and content marketing for Cybergate clients. Combines business strategy with technical SEO to deliver Page 1 rankings. Bachelor of Business Administration from UCSI University.
Mohd Aizat
Web Developer
Builds and maintains WordPress websites for Cybergate clients. Specialises in performance-optimised, SEO-ready websites with custom functionality. Diploma in Computer Science from SEGi College.
