Pricing and Plans

Managed IT retainer plans start from RM 500 per month for offices up to 10 users. Most 20 to 50 seat businesses pay between RM 1,500 and RM 3,500 per month for full managed IT including remote support, monthly onsite visits, patch management and security monitoring. Both terms refer to the same arrangement - you pay a fixed monthly fee and Cybergate manages your IT. The retainer covers a defined scope of services including remote support, onsite visits and monitoring. Additional work outside scope is quoted separately.
Is there a minimum contract period?
We offer month-to-month contracts for the first 3 months so you can verify the service quality before committing longer term. Most clients move to a 12-month agreement after the trial period for better pricing.

Do you handle new staff IT setup?

Can you manage our existing equipment or do we need to replace everything?
We work with your existing equipment wherever it is serviceable. We document everything during onboarding and flag equipment that is end-of-life or poses a risk.
