Resolution and Service Report

Travel is included for locations within our standard service zones in KL, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan and Melaka. For locations outside these areas a nominal travel charge may apply, which we disclose upfront before dispatch.
What if my issue cannot be resolved in one visit?
We provide a detailed service report after every visit including findings and next steps. If parts need ordering or additional work requires a second visit, we communicate this with a clear timeline and cost estimate.
Can you support our existing IT setup built by another vendor?
Yes. We regularly take over support for environments built by other vendors. We document what we find, assess its condition and work within your existing setup while recommending improvements where necessary.
Do you provide onsite support for new office setups?
Yes, new office IT setup is one of our most common onsite engagements. We handle structured cabling, network infrastructure, server room setup, workstation deployment and internet connectivity.
Can I get a monthly retainer for regular onsite visits?
Yes. Monthly retainer plans start from RM 500 per month and include a set number of onsite engineer hours, priority scheduling and discounted rates. Retainer clients also receive quarterly IT health check visits at no extra charge.
